Making A Purchase

Feel free to browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. By placing your order online you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

If you wish to place your order over the telephone or email you agree to the following terms and conditions as well.

When you have placed your online order you will receive email confirmation of your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa debit, and PayPal. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. All goods will be charged in GBP. It is company policy not to accept cheques.

In the case of a price change we will contact you first to see if you wish to proceed with the transaction.

If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to re order all money will be refunded.

Please Note: First time orders must be paid by Credit or Debit card to verify the billing and delivery address and orders after this can be paid by any of the methods in the checkout process.

First time orders will be shipped to the billing address of the card used.

If Paypal is used for your order we may contact you for address confirmation.

Shipping And Handling

Normally we would ship with a next day service with DHL or DPD in Ireland and 2 day delivery service in mainland UK. Minimum postage is £7.50 +vat.

Shipping will only be done through those two methods. No other service including ‘Parcel Motel’ or equivalent will be accepted.

Please note at this time we only ship to Mainland UK and Ireland. For other countries please contact the office for shipping prices.

Free shipping does not apply to all products but items not qualifying for free shipping, We will contact to take additional payment.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally dispatch your order to you in 1 to 3 business days with DHL or DPD. International orders are generally shipped in under 7 days. Whilst we try to meet all our orders, we cannot be held responsible or offer any compensation for any disappointment endured if we fail to meet our designated delivery time as we are at the mercy of the shipping company but we can provide tracking numbers so you can track your order once it leaves us. All orders are subject to availability.

DAMAGE/LOSS IN TRANSIT/NON DELIVERY

DPD – It is your responsibility to inspect the goods promptly on arrival. Any claims for damages must be made by 5 pm on the day of the delivery that the parcel was signed for. If there is any apparent damage to the parcel, it is your responsibility to annotate the consignment note accordingly.
Items that arrive from DPD must be carefully inspected, if ANY evidence of damage is apparent, the goods must be signed for as “evidence of damage”, unless this is done we can accept no liability for damages or losses.  Having signed in such a way, you as the client must then report such damage to us within 24 hours or we are unable to register a claim on your behalf.

Goods that are missing or damaged must be signed for as ‘damaged’ or ‘incomplete’. We cannot guarantee that if a parcel has been signed for and is later found to be faulty or incomplete that it can then be rectified or claimed for. Please check all orders immediately and only sign for your order if it is correct.

We cannot accept liability for goods delivered to third party addresses or goods left in unsecured locations.

DHL – If item is damaged/loss with DHL, we will need : Photos of the internal and external packaging, the damaged item(s) as a whole, all items if multiple item shipment, close up of the damage to the item(s) and the shipment label. without these picture we can not claim for item. A disclaimer form will need filled out, you can find DHL disclaimer form online or contact us and we can email it. All packaging and damaged items must be retained by you until the claims department have resolved the claim or you have email confirmation from the claims department that the packaging and items can be disposed of.

A Damaged Inspection Report may be needed if so ; To enable a damage inspection report to be completed where the damaged parcel is with the customer, a collection will be raised by the Customer Service team to collect the parcel from your customer and return to the DHL eCommerce UK delivering depot. In the event of the damaged parcel not being available for inspection the claim will be closed.

Failure to report in a timely manner will prejudice any investigation or the chances of finding your shipment(s), and may also invalidate your claim.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. If you have a European vat number please contact us.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the Paypal or Cardsave software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site, and no credit card information is stored on this website. Any subsequent orders placed over the telephone will have payment taken from original payment method.

Guarantee

All of our products come with a 28 day Return-To-Base warranty for manufacturing defects. Goods out of packaging will only be refunded if it is shown that they are materially faulty, if this is the case please contact us first.

Returns Policy

The customer is liable to pay shipping on goods returned if they change their mind on an item within 14 days of purchase.

Faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days for refund or replacement. We need written description of fault before items are returned. This can be via text or email.  Please ring us on 028 82240730 or 07393 179323, Monday -Thursday, 9.00am-5.00pm  to arrange a return.

Shipping costs will not be refunded on orders returned unless faulty and within 7 days of purchase.

Faulty goods to be returned by customer for inspection and if found faulty return shipping will be refunded.

Once items have been used for more than 30 days the original shipping cost will not be refunded only the cost to return the goods to Sureclean Systems.

Refunds/cancelled Orders

We are unable to issue a refund for items that you have damaged while attempting to restore them yourself or by having someone else do it. You have the option to refuse delivery or return the item if your order has already left the warehouse; however, we will not be able to issue a full refund until we receive it back. We don’t pay for postage, so you will need to send the item back by courier. customers can cancel their order up to 14 days after being delivered.

Remittance Terms

All products remain the property of Sure Clean Systems until paid in full. Invoices to be paid within 30 days. If telephone orders are placed and not paid for at time of goods received we reserve the right to take payment from card details stored from previous orders. On initial order it is explained that card details are stored and will be used for all subsequent orders placed with Sureclean. If this is not agreeable then you need to inform us of this in writing before subsequent orders are placed.

Once you place an order you agree to these payment terms unless other terms have been agreed in writing.
